Not happy with the way we have been charged twice for just using one room. They would not rectify the error that had bee

We have been charged twice for the one night stay by the hotel. We did explain that they have booked 2 rooms in error for the same people who were staying the night. They would not listen to us and asked us to contact Booking. Com. We have already sent this to them and awaiting their reply. We already have an email saying that one room was cancelled which we showed to the hotel but they still charged us for the room we did not use. We would like this to be refunded back to us.

Overall nice stay

The rooms were nice and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great, we walked everywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The sauna was only lukewarm, did not work so not worth getting that room, waste of money.

Central location

Hotel located in busy street full of restaurants. Some traffic noise. Missed breakfast because of early flight. They provided me with a take away breakfast pack. Comfy bed and a mini bar which I didnt use.

Clean rooms, great customer service, close to amenities. So overall a good hotel to choose if you want a 4 star price

Given a less price room after paying for Luxury Suite

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The location is fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions and amenities, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining out. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. The quality and freshness of the food were outstanding, making for a great start to each day.

We booked the Luxury Room months in advance, specifically looking for a room in Lima with a jacuzzi for recovery after our hikes. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that our section of rooms had an issue and needed repairs. He offered to show us two rooms to choose from, based on their bathrooms, and we selected the one with the jacuzzi. He assured us the room would be ready by 7 PM instead of the usual 4 PM. When we returned, we discovered we were given an Executive Room, not the Luxury Room we had booked. The next day, I addressed the issue, pointing out that we were charged for the Luxury Room but given a lower-priced room. The receptionist said he would inform management as he couldn't make the change himself. The following day, when I inquired again, there was still no response from management. On our last night, I spoke to another staff member who ignored my explanation and simply asked how he could help. He told me all he could do was wait and suggested I leave my email for management to contact me, as I was leaving at 2 AM and wouldn’t be able to speak with them myself. Three weeks later, I still have not received any response.

Very comfortable stay. Excellent location.

The buffet breakfast was good, a lot of options. The bed was very big. The bathroom had a bathtub. Great room service.

Even though the room was in the fourth floor we could still hear the clatter of the kitchen starting at 6am.

Chic and viceroyal styled room with surprising relax features.

The room had a working small jacuzzi in the bathroom and a separate sauna. It had a viceroyal-like decoration composed wthin an aesthetic from the eighties. Great breakfast in a pleasant terrace. The mini bar had very affordable prices.

Some of the staff was a bit distracted at check out. The procedure to request temporary parking with the reception clerk resulted too troublesome. Too many coin stalkers in the surrounding area.

Very Good

I loved that the rooms were very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and they provided a lot of amenities in it. The location was also great as they were located in a very central area about 10 minutes walk to Kennedy Park.

I didn't like that the staff that I encountered spoke very little English.

Some old world charm in essential location in Lima. Close to lots of things.
